Founded in 2010 and converted to a private company in 2015, MDT operates from Alberton with eight specialised divisions serving clients across South Africa. Our success is built on precision, reliability, and client-focused solutions, led by Group Managing Director Siboniso Mahlinza, whose 17+ years of leadership have guided MDT toward continuous growth. We’ve helped businesses, communities, and government entities achieve their goals by combining expertise, innovation, and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Our Leadership

MDT is led by Siboniso Mahlinza, a seasoned leader with over 17 years’ experience in project management, corporate finance, and strategic planning. His career includes roles in CIDA City Campus, T-Systems South Africa, Vodacom Group, Standard Bank of South Africa, and Transnet SOC.

Siboniso holds a BBA Honours from MANCOSA, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). His leadership ensures MDT’s commitment to excellence, growth, and innovation.
